CT Sports Physical Therapy (CTS) is a physical therapy in Connecticut is a sports medicine rehabilitation center specializing in orthopedic and sport physical therapy.


The Problem

CTS, with its state-of-the-art equipment and convenient location, needed to grow its revenues more quickly to fill its available therapy time slots. The owner of the practice, following a referral, asked Solutions for Growth for help in growing its visibility and business.

What We Did

Solutions for Growth analyzed the current marketing assets and activities of CTS and made several suggestions.

Following meetings with Mike Sebastian, CTS’ founder, a marketing plan was presented that incorporated several marketing tools. Those included graphical and content edits to the website, a search engine optimization program, email marketing and social media management and ads.

Because the website is the practice’s main marketing tool, much attention was placed in ensuring that it met the needs of potential clients. The search engine optimization program started out with a handful of keywords and after about a year, has 84 keywords under management, of which 90% are on page 1. This is a huge factor in driving leads to the website and ultimately inquiring about CTS’ services.

The email marketing put into place is designed to remind current and potential patients of the benefits of CTS’ expertise and also for referrals, an important component of the marketing program. Social media, with its highly targeted advertising capabilities, continues to draw inquiries and patients.

The Results

CTS continues to grow its practice by seeing a consistent flow of new patients and a strong retention of current patients. The practice experienced a 10% growth annually.
